Problem Note 46896: A large number of concurrent users accessing cubes might cause the SAS® OLAP Server to stop responding
When a large number of concurrent users access OLAP cubes (in particular, cubes with formats) the SAS OLAP Server might stop responding. This is the result of the use of multi-threading and the resources required to handle the formats for each concurrent user.
This behavior should not occur beginning with SAS 9.3, where the use of multi-threading has been improved.
